It being February 1st, we have decided that today will be the start of some new policies and increased rates. So beginning today we will be having each customer sign their work orders agreeing to the terms and conditions of the repair. Which will be as follows; any work left over 90 days will incur $14 per week. Any equipment left over 180 days without a call or update from the owner (if we cannot reach you or have had issues with reaching you to get a confirmation of pickup) will be sold for the cost of the repair or disposed of depending on the condition of the equipment. All special order parts must be pre-paid and cannot be returned. We will no longer be hosting any sort of charge account for new customers, however; we will continue offering financing through Husqvarna for large purchases. Will will also be asking for a $20 deposit when dropping off small equipment for repair (blowers, chainsaws, string trimmer, cultivators, etc.) and $40 for larger equipment (tractors, chipper shredders, riding mowers, large generators, etc.). The deposits taken during the drop off of a unit will go toward the initial cost of the repair, or be taken toward the disposal of a machine if it is irreparable. We have also raised the prices of our labor rates this year which will still be competitive with any neighboring shop.
